ADJUSTABLE FID BENCH

The Clydebuilt Adjustable FID Bench is adjustable through flat, incline & decline positions. Great for all forms of barbell and dumbbell pressing in a stand alone environment or used with a rig / rack.

This bench was designed and built to not only withstand the most intense, heavy workouts sessions but to do so feeling very solid under body. Tested to over 700kg capacity the Clydebuilt Adjustable FID Bench will be a great training partner that you can rely on with anything you can throw at it.

The back pad adjusts from -10 degrees decline to flat then up to 75 degrees with eight adjustments in between. The seat pad has three positions 0 degrees, 15 degrees & 30 degrees.

Comes with easy to move handle and wheels as standard.
